City West Country is delighted to be looking for a Weekend Host on a casual contract to join BYD South West, based in Plymouth.
A little about BYD... BYD (Build Your Dreams) produced more cars globally than any other vehicle manufacturer in 2022 and are currently No.1 in the world for new energy vehicle sales. They have ground-breaking "blade battery" technology which means each battery can achieve improved range over traditional lithium batteries.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the BYD team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales and providing excellent customer service.
About the Role:
- Providing the highest level of customer care and satisfaction, ensuring customers and visitors receive an immediate and courteous welcome.
- Ensuring all customers are directed to the relevant Sales Consultant and that their details are correctly put into the Host Module.
- Providing 'meet' and 'greet' support for the sales department.
- Approaching and welcoming all visitors in a friendly and open manner.
- Personally establishing contact between customers and an appropriate member of staff.
- Providing administrative support to the sales department.
- Delivering consistently high standards of accuracy and quality in the completion of information.
- Communicating and developing strong personal relationships with customers.
- Identifying training and development needs for self as part of the performance management process.
- Ensuring all areas of Health & Safety operate effectively and within the requirements of the law.
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Working Hours: This would be on a casual contract to cover the hours on a Saturday 0900 - 1700 and Sunday 1000 - 1600 when needed.
