Our client is a global defendant law firm with offices across the UK. They are currently recruiting for a Subrogated Property Recoveries Solicitor/CILEX to join on a home working basis. This is a retrain role open to those with insurance experience, including defendant personal injury.
Your new role
This Subrogated Property Recoveries role will see you handle your own caseload of property recoveries work on behalf of a range of household insurer clients. Depending on level of experience, you will handle files on either a delegated or non-delegated authority basis. Claims can range in value from £10,000 up to £250,000. There is the opportunity to assist senior team members on higher-value claims.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with previous defendant experience. However, those from a claimant background with previous experience in subrogated recoveries or a keen interest in the field are also encouraged to apply. Previous recoveries or property damage experience is beneficial. Those from a personal injury background will also be considered.
