Job Description
We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our department as a Key Account Director: Complete Solutions! In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Key account management of high value clients across multiple sectors including, but not limited to: Leisure, Retail, Housebuilders and Developers, promoting the complete portfolio of Bosch Home Comfort solutions.
- Focusing on key sectors and markets. You will target strategic decision makers in organisations, leveraging market intelligence to acquire new business and profitably grow the prospective client base for the Home Comfort Product Portfolio.
- The acquisition, development and maintenance of relationships to grow profitable business across these sectors influencing the procurement process and gaining volume sales.
- Playing a key part in supporting and enabling the sales organisation to increase market share in line with volume growth targets.
Qualifications
Education requirements:
Educated to degree level in relevant field or equivalent, preferable, though not essential. Extensive experience within the heating industry, UK house building, planning sector or Social Housing is key to this role with strong relationships with developers and key stakeholders within this sector essential.
Skills & Attributes:
Technical Acumen - Products and Systems
Exceptional sales and account management skills with a demonstrable track record in dealing with large and national accounts. Awareness and understanding of UK energy and emissions policies. In depth understanding of building energy performance, associated legislation, standards and procedures (e.g. SAP, ErP). Good understanding of product and system integration, installation and service practice of responsible product groups. Competent in Regulation and Standards concerning installation and specification. Awareness of general developments and innovation within housebuilding segment.
Financial and Commercial Acumen
Good grasp of price management techniques, product marketing and business modelling tools. Understanding of Bosch Home Comfort key financial methodology and price management techniques.
Communication
Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Presentation skills to management, employees and third parties. Effectively communicating with distributed project/working teams is essential. Adaptation of your personal style to enhance your communication. You must be able to convey the intricacies of both the product and systems they integrate into in a meaningful manner to a diverse audience.
Planning and Organising
Advanced territory management, project management and prioritisation skills. Pro-active and energetic in actions to attain new business. Problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to think strategically. Customer and Market focused. Can relay research findings and data in a concise and meaningful manner to management, employees and third parties.

Working Hours: 37 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 – 16:30 Friday with a 1-hour lunch break.
Location: Worcester Bosch Head Office with occasional UK travel.
