Job Title: Branding Consultant

Location: Monmouth House, 87-93 Westbourne Grove, London, W2 4UL

Hours: Full Time, 09:00 – 17:30, Monday to Friday (Office based)

Salary: £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Benefits: Pension scheme, Medicash scheme, salary based on experience

Job Overview

As a Branding Consultant, you will maintain current client relationships by supplying and delivering promotional merchandise and store programs globally. Your focus will be on sustainable and eco-friendly branded merchandise. This role involves responding to inbound inquiries and prospecting for new business opportunities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Manage, maintain, and develop strong client relationships
  2. Identify opportunities to grow existing clients
  3. Stay updated on trending products and industry developments
  4. Source, quote, and create dynamic presentations of ideas and products
  5. Collect and analyze client order information
  6. Negotiate with suppliers on specifications, prices, and delivery times
  7. Manage production processes and ensure timely delivery
  8. Handle import/export deliveries and queries
  9. Raise fulfillment orders and manage the process with all parties
  10. Resolve order issues and propose solutions
  11. Authorize supplier invoices for payment
  12. Maintain adequate inventory levels for e-commerce stores
  13. Verify billing accuracy and monitor margins and currency conversions
  14. Attend client meetings and industry exhibitions
  15. Drive development from brief to samples and delivery
  16. Maintain excellent supplier relationships
  17. Ensure orders are fully billed and gross profit is declared
  18. Work with the RFP team and prepare reports as required
  19. Assist the financial team with non-payment issues
  20. Maintain and update CRM and order systems

Skills and Attributes

  • Experience as an Account Manager in promotional merchandise (preferred)
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, with strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the industry
  • Proficient in Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
