Detailed Job Description:

1. Profound experience with full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA SD, preferably with multi-country rollouts.
2. Complete knowledge of integration with other modules such as MM, FI, PP, and WM.
3. Prior experience in implementations, rollouts, and support in SAP SD on large international projects, including requirement gathering, design, testing, documentation, and deployment support.
4. Lead Fit 2 Standard Workshops with clients, document fit and identify potential gaps.
5. Advise clients on their O2C transformation, develop implementation strategies to transition from traditional O2C solutions to SAP SD, and drive value creation by positioning SAP solutions like SAP S/4HANA.
6. Collaborate with Project Managers, Change and Release Management, Configuration Management, Test Management, and Service Delivery teams to meet SLAs and ensure smooth integration with downstream systems.
7. Work closely with business teams to understand requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and configure business processes accordingly.
8. Address potential gaps by developing solutions and workarounds, providing business process input to technical teams regarding data migration, integration, and extensibility.
9. Good understanding of O2C processes including commercial, sample, free of charge, third-party sales, intercompany sales, pricing, credit management, settlement, listing/exclusion, ATP, and logistics execution.
10. Experience in designing interfaces with third-party applications.
11. Define analytics strategies to deliver relevant reports and business insights.
12. Identify improvement potentials in continuous operations and possess application knowledge of SAP HANA Cloud and logistics modules.
13. Understand the extensibility of SAP S/4HANA.

Skills / Competencies:

• Experience in design, configuration, and development within Vistex Technologies, including Incentives Paybacks.
• Experience in SAP pricing design and configuration; at least one full lifecycle Vistex implementation (techno-functional).
• Broad ABAP experience, including Data Dictionary, BAPI, BADI, RFC, ALE/EDI, IDOC, Enhancements, User Exits, LSMW, Performance Tuning, and Function Module development.
• Knowledge of Vistex data objects, master data, and archiving is preferred.
• Strong technical expertise in Vistex areas such as agreements, pricing, and composites.
• Good understanding of key integration points between Vistex, SAP SD (pricing), and FI.
• Experience with Vistex applications like status profile configuration and Activity Templates.
• Knowledge of Vistex Fiori configuration and related RFC classes.

Preferred:

• Configuration experience in one or more SAP modules.
• Leadership or project management experience in Vistex consulting projects.
• Strong skills in scoping, requirements gathering, solution design, and build.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Multilingual proficiency, with fluency in English.
• Full lifecycle experience across multiple SAP projects, including enhancements, rollouts, and implementations.
• Strong techno-functional skills and ability to work well in a team.
