Bradford Diocesan Academies Trust (BDAT) is seeking to appoint a Deputy PA / Receptionist to provide efficient support to the Multi – Academy Trust (MAT). The Deputy PA / Receptionist will offer professional administrative support to the PA to the CEO, Office Manager, and the Executive Team, involving all aspects of central Trust work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive organisational and administrative support to the PA to the CEO, Office Manager, and the Executive Team.
  • Collaborate with the Central Office team to ensure Trust goals and initiatives are completed within expected timescales.
  • Perform reception duties, including answering calls, transferring calls, and relaying messages to colleagues.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support staff by carrying out duties such as reception, meeting organisation, hosting, and general office tasks, including support to the Executive team as needed.
