Housekeeper House Cleaner

We are looking for an enthusiastic housekeeper to join our full-time team. No experience? No problem – we provide on-the-job training with a computer-based learning system and a 2-week hands-on training program.

Our cleaners work Monday-Friday from 7:45 am to 4:30/5:30 pm and are off on major holidays.

High Pay for Cleaning in the Area – Pay rate starts at $16 per hour with possible raises after one month. Some locations start at $12 per hour; compensation may vary by franchise.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time house-cleaning services (Monday-Friday, 7:45 am-4:30/5:30 pm). No nights or weekends.
• Travel to multiple homes each day and work with a partner to complete cleanings.
• Follow the Detail-Clean Rotation System used across North America.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks, light lifting (≤15 lb), and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
• Receive Aflac benefits, paid holidays and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Must pass a background check.
• Positive attitude, team player, pride in work.
• Willingness to learn; all staff trained to company standards.
• Able to stand all day with light lifting (≤15 lb).
• Driver’s license preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation with insurance.
• Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm.
