In this customer-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for all customers that come through our doors. You will have excellent communication, great organisational skills, and the ability to create a warm and welcoming environment.

What you’ll do day to day:
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Accurately record calls & visits, and relay messages in a timely manner
- Perform general administrative duties, such as managing emails and handling customer enquiries
- Manage customer waiting area and showroom, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
- Provide support with additional tasks as required to ensure smooth business operations
Helpful skills and qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, with the ability to consistently deliver a positive customer experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
- Proven ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail
- IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems
