Role Overview: As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be experienced in food preparation and catering, adhering to Health and Safety and Food Standard regulations. You will monitor and maintain kitchen cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are immaculately clean, including washing up crockery and utensils when required.
