We are currently looking to grow our already established, caring and superb staff team at The Lodge in Highbridge. The Lodge is a residential Service, providing person centred care and support to the individuals living at the Lodge. We are registered to support 12 Adults. Some of the individuals living at The Lodge have been here for up to 20 years and would be happy to show you around their wonderful home.

We are passionate about providing outstanding care and support for adults with complex mental health needs, including Autism, learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge. We pride ourselves on our proactive support to enable our individuals to lead happy lives in the most independent way for them. We believe that, through working with people with respect and dignity, putting them at the centre of their care and focusing on their quality of life, we can make a real and lasting difference in people's lives, increasing confidence, health and happiness and helping people achieve their goals in life.
