Duties and responsibilities:
- Identify and design optimal technical solutions based on business requirements, collaborating with business architects and stakeholders throughout discovery, build, and delivery phases.
- Work closely with the wider Keyloop team (Brand Directors, Business Architects, Programme Management) as a technical solutions expert.
- Collaborate with OEM customers’ Business Units, IT departments, and third-party partners during workshops, specifications, development reviews, and handovers, acting as a trusted technical partner.
- Identify recurring patterns and requirements that can be addressed by common platform services.
- Produce clear architectural documentation for multiple stakeholders.
- Work with engineering teams to refine requirements, develop plans, and provide estimations.
- Support the product lifecycle by engaging in code reviews, supporting engineering, and facilitating presentations with customers.
- Promote continuous improvement in practices and technology usage.
- Advocate for Keyloop’s capabilities to OEM contacts beyond current projects.
- Develop a broad understanding of the Automotive IT landscape, including OEM systems and Keyloop’s product offerings.
- Align with Functional Management on strategy and operations.
- Explore Keyloop’s DMS capabilities and understand their interactions with solutions.
- Research market solutions and their value propositions.
- Maintain awareness of OEM applications and functionalities relevant to Keyloop’s business.
