As a Passenger Assistant, your key responsibilities include:
- Greeting passengers, including those with Restricted Mobility (PRM)
- Communicating effectively with passengers and staff
- Assisting PRM passengers at drop-off/pick-up points, airline check-in, security, and pre-boarding
- Safely transferring passengers from aircraft to the airport terminal using appropriate equipment
- Complying with all Health & Safety regulations
- Using company equipment responsibly
The Ideal Candidate must have:
- The right to work in the UK
- Excellent communication skills with people at all levels
- The ability to lift passengers following manual handling guidelines
You will need to pass pre-employment screening, including five years of employment references.
