The predicted salary is between 15000 - 16000 £ per year.

Location: Bath

Salary: £15,097.80 - £16,008.60 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits

Hours: 22.5 hours per week. Customer Experience Team Members work 3 days out of 7, between 7am and 10pm. Weekends are required on a rota basis.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing a welcoming front-of-house reception service
  • Conducting flat viewings, inspections, and leading sales conversations
  • Planning and organizing events for our students

  • An excellent communicator, comfortable chatting with students and answering questions
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
