Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Bakery Specialist/Baker is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by preparing and ensuring the freshest quality product. The Bakery Specialist/Baker produces the highest quality baked goods, maintains department conditions, including proper ordering, inventory, production, and food safety standards in the Bakery department. The Bakery Specialist/Baker also provides product knowledge and expertise to our customers.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:

- Proficiency in baking and ordering (as assigned) for the entire bakery department.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to operate within company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Willingness to cross-train and learn other areas as needed.
- Flexible schedule according to store needs.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
