Our client is a Top 100 accountancy firm headquartered in Leeds, with offices in London, Hertfordshire, and North Yorkshire. They are seeking a corporate tax director to support their growth. This role can be based from any of the offices, with potential travel between locations. The successful candidate will support the corporate tax compliance team with complex technical queries and lead various advisory projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate tax professional committed to developing others and contributing to the firm\’s growth regionally and nationally. Key Responsibilities: Tax Advisory Projects: Lead and support a range of advisory assignments, including restructures, group planning, transactions, international tax issues, and R&D claims. Business Development: Engage in networking, industry events, proposal preparation, and identifying new business opportunities, both independently and with other service lines. Leadership & Mentoring: Support and develop a growing team, sharing expertise and encouraging knowledge sharing in corporation tax. Client Management: Build strong client relationships, respond proactively to needs, and deliver high-quality services. Team & Project Management: Lead engagements, manage priorities, and coordinate team efforts to meet deadlines and quality standards.
