About the job

We are offering an exciting opportunity to join the high performing Northern Europe Sales team as a Country Manager - Nordics. You will have the opportunity to sell across all of our Financial Crime Compliance Fraud and Identity and payments business lines to the Dutch and Nordic markets. The role is for a proven new business sales professional, with experience selling software or data solutions to new labels. The role will be focused on new business, with accountability to secure revenue from existing accounts and new prospects. Renewal of existing contracts will also be targeted. You are goal orientated and comfortable working within a high pressured and fast paced environment. You possess excellent communication skills (telephone, face-to-face), for both internal networking and client facing activity. Above all, you are passionate for success.

Responsibilities

  • Quickly build long-term, trusting relationships with customer and prospective clients;
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market;
  • Proactively prospecting and selling of solutions to new customers in order to achieve and exceed sales revenue and other performance targets;
  • Conducting appropriate consultative selling processes including product demonstrations, presentations and tender responses;
  • Learning and owning the value proposition and use cases for the assigned portfolio and territory in order for the customer to recognize value and to differentiate over alternatives;
  • Keeping up to date with market and competitive developments, such as major regulatory changes and new product offerings;
  • Preparing and maintaining an effective sales territory plan, including target prospects and markets with trackable activities to meet financial and business targets;
  • Keep an accurate record of all client activity, pipeline and forecasts within Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of generating new business is essential, we're looking for a hunter;
  • Strong focus on solution sales and selling on value;
  • An excellent understanding of the sales cycle to ensure full control in opportunities and accurate forecasting;
  • Highly self-motivated, energetic individual who builds strong relationships quickly;
  • Great negotiation and communication skills;
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the changing market, our customers and the business;
  • Ability to demonstrate understanding of Sales methodology.
