This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional Compliance Solutions to Apex Group clients. The focus is on service delivery, growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:- Drive commercial growth in the UK for Regulatory and Compliance products.
- Oversee client delivery of UK regulatory and compliance solutions.
- Collaborate with global counterparties and operation teams in the service locations.
- Identify and develop emerging regulatory opportunities.
- Optimise and execute the operating model for maximum efficiency.
- Implement regulatory and financial technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Innovate and launch new regulatory products.
- Promote Compliance Solutions within the broader Apex portfolio and market.
- Provide regulatory horizon scanning through newsletters and thought leadership.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- UK Regulatory experience, preferably in a consultancy role.
- Certification in Compliance and/or Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
- Relevant experience in the financial services sector.
- Strong communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of multi-jurisdictional AML regulations.
- Demonstrated positive leadership.
- Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
