I am currently representing a facilities management company that has been established for over 30 years, specializing in facility management and project works. This company employs engineers across the fire and security division, covering the heart of London.

With a friendly, family-oriented, and hardworking ethos and internal culture, this company has a low staff turnover, testament to their employee commitment.

About The Role

You will work directly with the Senior Contract Manager on council contracts around London and the Home Counties. The role involves managing sites across London, with a 50/50 split between office and site work.

Salary Package

• £45,000 – £55,000

• Organisation and management of PPMS
• Client-facing duties
• Site visits
• Handling complaints
• Quotations and remedials
• Scheduling works
• Conducting audits
• Monitoring KPIs

Essential Skills and Experience

• Complete understanding of access controls, door entry, CCTV, intruder alarms
• Experience managing engineers
