Purpose of the Role
As Digital Partner (Media) you'll own the day-to-day client digital relationship and all elements of delivery across both brand and performance planning. This will include setting the digital transformation agenda, implementation of the strategic vision for the client, delivery against financial targets set and building a trusted relationship with the client. The client is a leading supermarket brand who is forward thinking in terms of their approach to media and communications with ambitious long term growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver innovative and ambitious, strategic digital solutions that balance client and agency values working closely with colleagues and clients.
- Work alongside the Digital MD to set the digital transformation agenda.
- Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor with senior client and industry stakeholders, deepening relationships to ensure retention and growth.
- Immerse yourself and team in clients' business: understanding their challenges, objectives, external economic environment, competitive threats and relevant partner agencies; knows their business model, how it is performing and what success looks like; knows client's products inside out and applies this knowledge to deliver innovative, ambitious client plans and service.
- Identify growth opportunities for the client as well as Carat.
- Deliver digital thought leadership.
- Work with dentsu tools and systems to deliver seamless execution and efficiency in delivery.
Qualifications + Skills
- Strong digital strategy understanding with ability to talk confidently with the client on how their different digital platforms are delivering against the media plan and KPIs.
- Experience with leading digital development transformation for clients within a media agency.
- Personable, confident with engaging key stakeholders with strong communication skills across all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to handle the fast pace of business with enthusiasm for the brands you represent.
- Keen eye of detail and strong management skills, someone who can bring their team along with them and help them develop.
- Experience with latest platforms and technologies would be of benefit (such as clean rooms and CDPs) with evidence of deployment to client benefit.

We have teams based in both the Manchester and London offices, and we're open to considering applications from candidates within a commutable distance of these locations. The team operates under flexible working arrangements, with a minimum office attendance of two days a week.
