Your role will involve:
- Analyse requirements, both explicit and derived.
- Create and execute tests, test cases, and test scenarios based on those requirements.
- Test reporting and raising defects as needed.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings, stand-ups, and gatherings, both scheduled and ad-hoc.
- Work efficiently within small teams and as part of a wider delivery program.
- Contribute to activities beyond testing, such as design writing or integration tasks.
- Escalate issues or blockers promptly to the Team Lead.
- Focus on specific tasks for defined periods and then transition to the next.
- Respond dynamically to changing requirements and constraints.
- Communicate clearly and effectively.
- Report to the Test Lead.
Experience:
- Working in secure environments.
- Familiarity with Cloud solutions, virtualization technologies, and SDN.
- Experience with enterprise tooling such as SIEM, Anti-Malware, System Monitoring, and Alerting.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and GPOs.
- Understanding of PKI and Cryptography.
- Experience with network devices and concepts like switches, routers, and firewalls (both physical and virtual).
- Understanding of non-functional requirements such as security, resilience, and performance.
- Experience with testing and test management principles and tools.
This role requires eligibility to obtain high-level security clearance.
