Keoghs is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic, fast-paced Intelligence Team. The role involves working on various claims, including motor fraud, credit hire, EL PL, and complex injury matters. The analyst will identify relevant intelligence evidence from diverse resources to support case decision-making and resolution.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting searches based on bespoke instructions, capturing and evidencing intelligence in reports, statements, or visual formats, and providing ad hoc intelligence to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyzing claims files and generating reports for clients and file handlers regarding findings.
  • Researching and locating relevant information using desktop systems and analytical techniques to identify potential fraud.
  • Compiling profiles on individuals or groups involved in suspected fraudulent activities.
  • Preparing witness evidence and statements for civil court proceedings when necessary.
  • Utilizing advanced IT software (e.g., iBase, i2 Analysts Notebook, Excel) to produce intelligence reports.
  • Delivering briefings to lawyers and clients on investigation findings.
  • Developing fraud risk assessment reports related to insurance fraud and fraud rings.
  • Following the Intelligence Cycle and utilizing the NIM framework for reporting.
  • Mentoring trainee analysts informally where appropriate.
  • Meeting daily chargeable targets and adhering to service level agreements.
  • Recording time in accordance with company policy.

Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, with 1 unpaid hour for lunch.

Primary Location: Parklands, Bolton Office

  • Ability to draft comprehensive, professional reports.
