We are looking to recruit a Damp and Mould Operative to join us on our Waltham Forest R&M contract.

About the role

Working to deliver the best quality service, you’ll carry out responsive painting and decorating in occupied properties, including glossing, emulsion, and papering, as well as mould wash and eradication treatments. You’ll ensure effective preparation techniques, producing high-quality finishes, while delivering exceptional customer service to ensure our customers always come first. You’ll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training provided), working efficiently and safely in line with best practices to achieve excellent customer experience.

About You

Candidates should ideally hold a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification or NVQ, with excellent health and safety knowledge. Customer-focused with experience working in occupied properties, you’ll have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time. You should have a good eye for detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Sound knowledge of damp and mould treatments is essential for this role. You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for at least 12 months, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
