About the Role

We are looking for Night Care Assistants who are dedicated to making every moment count, regardless of their qualifications or experience. As a Night Care Assistant, you should be willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work as part of our team.

Responsibilities

  • Support the care, protection, and wellbeing of residents by treating them with respect and dignity, assisting with their protection, and promoting their independence.
  • Provide practical assistance and emotional support to help residents achieve their personal goals, respecting their individuality and supporting informed choices in line with person-centred care plans.
  • Promote residents' health and wellbeing by meeting their physical, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs, including facilitating social, educational, and recreational activities.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are maintained, manage stock and equipment, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Location

Join our dedicated care team at Lynemore Care Home in Grantown-on-Spey, a charming tourist town near the Cairngorms National Park.
