You will also be supplied with a uniform, training and development – we have opportunities to develop your experience and your career across the business. All successful candidates will attend an induction at a local depot which will give you all the training you need including vehicle familiarisation, route learning, ticket machines, customer care, policies and procedures. If you don’t already hold your PCV licence, you will attend our Arriva Training School for full CPC training to get you ready to start in your new role as an Arriva Bus Driver.
About you: Whilst you don’t need any experience driving a bus, we do have a few requirements. You’ll be over 18 with at least 12 months driving experience with no more than 6 points on your licence.
