No two days are the same and responsibilities will vary daily, however each day you can expect to:

Engage with our guests to ensure they get the most out of their stay
Deliver a warm welcome to arrivals and wish departures a fond farewell
Serve drinks
Assist with deliveries
Keep areas in and around the hotel clean and presentable
Assist with turndown service
Handle incoming telephone calls, transfer calls and take messages
Embrace a one team culture where \’No job is not my job\’
Confidently set up a table for and deliver room service

We are looking for:

Someone who is naturally warm, caring and confident
Problem solvers, who can answer guest requests and look for solutions
Someone with a passion for hospitality and creating positive lasting memories
Attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly
Someone who wants to be part of a successful and hardworking team
