This leading social impact consultancy, who partner with big names across the sports and entertainment sectors, are looking for an operations Manager to join them for a 12 month maternity cover. In this role, you will be the connective tissue between teams, ensuring that efficient, streamlined systems are in place and that your wider team are supported in every way, in order to deliver impactful work.

Responsibilities:

  • System Management: You will be the designated owner of the internal systems used for project management and client servicing, providing daily support to the team across any systems-related issues and ensure they are remedied in a timely manner. Build and implement streamlined processes to enhance the team's efficiency. Support in resource planning by utilising internal tools to forecast effectively. Utilise the internal system to abstract relevant and necessary business reporting.
  • Cross-Department Communication: Working as the crucial link between the company's centralised finance, HR and legal function to ensure clear communication, consistency and diligence. Ensure that the agency follows and implements best practice across all systems and initiatives, clearly communicating any changes or updates to your team.
  • Data Protection: You will act as the internal asset owner for the agency, ensuring compliance with data protection. Implement data management protocols.
  • Miscellaneous: Contribute to and manage monthly team meetings, weekly huddles, etc. Support across learning and development activities. Support in the onboarding of new starters in collaboration with HR.
