Client Talent Acquisition Team Leader @ IRIS | Networx | Recruiter | Diversity & Inclusion Advocate Location: Northamptonshire Full-Time (37 hours per week) Type: Permanent Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm We have two part-time positions available at two schemes in Northamptonshire. A full driving license and vehicle access are required due to travel between sites. We seek self-motivated individuals to provide intensive housing management support. Responsibilities include managing tenancies, support plans, rent monitoring, re-letting void units, and providing daily housing support to residents. Key Responsibilities: Assessing residents\’ care and support needs to ensure independent tenancy maintenance. Providing support and activities within the scheme. Managing scheme budgets and needs. Assessing housing and support needs of clients. Managing scheme staff, including Caretakers or Handypersons, with guidance and supervision. Handling housing issues such as arrears, ASB, and repairs. Overseeing health, safety, and maintenance compliance. Ideal Candidate: Experience working with vulnerable individuals. Housing sector experience. Passion for supporting people\’s goals. Good organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions. Experience with safeguarding vulnerable people. Proficient IT skills.
