We are one of the largest Great Clips franchisees in the country, striving to have the highest effective wage in the market (base wage + productivity + product commissions + tips). Last week, the average effective wage of our staff was $31.26/hr. Some make a little less, some make substantially more, depending on proficiency, but no one in our company earns less than $20/hr in total.
