LHH is delighted to advise our client, a Financial Services Regulatory Body, in the search for a PMO Lead – Governance and RAID.
We are seeking a highly skilled PMO Lead who will play a key role in defining and maintaining the approach for delivering change at the portfolio level. As a PMO Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing governance, risk, action, issue, and dependency (RAID) management across the Change Portfolio, ensuring that all projects adhere to the organisation’s change approach.
Your expertise will ensure that projects within the Change Portfolio are progressing according to plan, achieving their stated objectives, and operating within defined governance frameworks. You will conduct assurance activities to assess project health, and provide expert advice to project teams, helping them mitigate risks, address issues, and deliver successful outcomes.
We are looking for a PMO Analyst with PRINCE2 or APM qualifications, or equivalent experience in a Portfolio Management Office. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of change methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile, and experience with project management tools and techniques. You should have a proven ability to implement and improve change processes continuously, alongside proficiency in data analysis to identify root causes of business problems and propose effective solutions. You must also be capable of managing multiple and changing priorities to meet stakeholder requirements effectively.
