About the Role
We are delighted to be recruiting for the role of Beauty Therapist. As a Beauty Therapist at Thérapie Clinic, you will be allowed to upskill across advanced skin, body, and laser hair removal treatments delivering the best in Client Satisfaction. We offer exceptional ongoing training and development with our in-house Talent Development Team and amazing opportunities for career growth. Requirements
- Provide high-quality treatments for our clients in line with our clinic treatment guidelines.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and set realistic expectations for their treatments.
- Actively promote additional services and products to clients, enhancing their overall experience by tailoring treatments to best suit them.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
- Making sure that all client records are up to date pre and post-treatments.
- Maintenance and cleaning of all machines.
Qualifications and Skills
- Level 3 Beauty qualification or above required.
- Experience with Laser Hair Removal (desired not required).
- Team Player who works collaboratively.
- A positive and friendly attitude with your clients.
- Attention to detail when dealing with client's records.
- Excellent standards with regards to Client Experience.
