Purpose of the Role

The SharePoint Business Analyst will be responsible for SharePoint Online and related technologies within the collaboration and productivity space. They should have experience with the SharePoint Admin Centre, good knowledge of best practices, and understanding of β€˜what tool when’ to maximize productivity in Microsoft 365. Ideally, candidates will have 2-4 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint online.

Key Accountabilities

  • Experience with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, Forms, Stream, Loop, Planner, Whiteboard
  • Adoption, training, and sharing knowledge
  • Managing Lists, Libraries, and Pages in SharePoint
  • SharePoint permissions management
  • Troubleshooting technical issues related to SharePoint
  • Providing support via the ticketing system to the company
  • Fundamental knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI/Fabric, Copilot Studio, Power Pages)

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the wider Technology group, especially IT and Cyber Security teams
  • Support projects with appropriate project lifecycle management, documentation, maintenance, and deployment
  • Share best practices and adhere to governance policies for SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Engage
  • Experience with Canvas Apps
  • Experience with Workflows and Power Automate

Requirements

  • Awareness of ShareGate and migration processes
  • Experience with SharePoint Projects and/or Power Platform projects
  • Knowledge of JSON
  • Basic PowerShell skills
  • PL-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals Certification
