About the Role: In this great role as Supplier and Procurement Manager you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic supplier relationships to ensure a reliable, high-quality, and cost-effective supply chain. This role involves negotiating favourable terms, optimising procurement processes, and mitigating risks to support the company\’s operational and financial goals. You will play a critical role in driving efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement within the supply chain. A full PD is available. About You: You will have a good few years of experience in a senior role responsible for vendor management, procurement, or supply chain roles, with a proven track record of negotiating and managing high value supplier relationships and contracts. You will be an experienced communicator, with well-developed interpersonal skills to build strong vendor relationships and collaborate with internal teams to execute on plans. With an in-depth knowledge of supply chain and procurement best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements, you will lead from the front, all the while demonstrating strong and instinctive commercial acumen and the proven ability to identify strategic opportunities and competitive advantages that can benefit/grow the business. Exceptional negotiation skills plus impeccable communication and presentation skills will be clear and you will undoubtably be highly driven and committed to deliver high quality performance, while maintaining integrity and high business values.
