You will be someone with heavy experience working for a residential developer. The ideal candidate will have experience with both RC frames and traditional brick and block residential projects. Responsibilities: Design Team Leadership: Effectively manages the design team to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of fully coordinated construction packages. Building Control and Warranty Management: Proactively manages building control and warranty conditions throughout the construction period, ensuring timely discharge and smooth project completion. Design Coordination and Review: Leads design team meetings and workshops, overseeing drawing production and construction delivery, while managing subcontractor design coordination, reviews, and approvals.
