Assistant Quantity Surveyor Main Contractor (New Build Residential)
Location: East London
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
Are you an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career Our client, a well-established Main Contractor specialising in the New Build Residential sector, is seeking a driven individual to join their commercial team.
You ll initially be working on a New Build Care Home development in East London, which has approximately seven months left to run. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on project experience and play a key role in the successful delivery of the scheme.
The Role:

Assisting the project Quantity Surveyor with day-to-day commercial duties

Preparing and monitoring cost reports, valuations, and variations
-
Assisting in subcontractor management including procurement, payments, and final accounts

Supporting the commercial team in ensuring projects are delivered within budget and to a high standard
