Qualified Social Worker, Derby City Council, Adults Mental Health Team - Must be a Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 2 years+ UK Social Worker experience within an Adult Social Work team.
The team works extremely well together to ensure the safety of vulnerable adults under the close supervision of a supportive Team Manager.
The responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrate strong skills in working with customers/service users in secondary mental health services
- Undertaking Caseload management
- Care Act assessments
- Reviews
- Safeguarding
- Duty work
- Ward link work
- Hospital discharges
- Tribunal reports
- Presenting cases to Panel
- Collaborative working experience and interface with health colleagues will be an asset
Needs to have knowledge of ICT recording systems - ideally liquid Logic.
36 hours per week (flexible by negotiation)
3 Month Temporary Contract
Start date subject to DBS and reference clearance.
