We are looking for a candidate with three A levels at C grade or higher (or equivalent) who is keen to develop a career within the Lloyd's insurance market or has some exposure to insurance. Strong numeric and spreadsheet skills, along with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, are essential.

The successful candidate will provide support across aspects of Operations Specialist Team activities, including but not limited to:
- Processing accurate and timely data for Risk and Premium Bordereaux.
- Liaising and resolving issues via the Workflow systems with outsourcing service delivery partners.
- Assisting with Facilities Management Workflow, Bordereaux Management Workflow, and Estimated Premium Income Workflow to ensure all tasks are completed within agreed SLA's.
- Assisting with and undertaking tasks as defined by the Operations Specialist Manager.
