We are looking for a candidate with three A levels at C grade or higher (or equivalent) who is keen to develop a career within the Lloyd's insurance market or has some exposure to insurance. Strong numeric and spreadsheet skills, along with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, are essential.

The company offers genuine opportunities for further progression and will support CII study.

The successful candidate will provide support across aspects of Operations Specialist Team activities, including but not limited to:

  • Processing accurate and timely data for Risk and Premium Bordereaux.
  • Liaising and resolving issues via the Workflow systems with outsourcing service delivery partners.
  • Assisting with Facilities Management Workflow, Bordereaux Management Workflow, and Estimated Premium Income Workflow to ensure all tasks are completed within agreed SLA's.
  • Assisting with and undertaking tasks as defined by the Operations Specialist Manager.
