This independent group is looking to recruit a talented head chef for their multi rosette winning country inn in Leyburn, to head up a team of talented chefs in this recently refurbished kitchen to create a modern, locally sourced menu utilising the best meat & game Yorkshire has to offer and the finest seafood from the counties east coast and beyond.

- Experience running service to high standards, and being always in tune with your team

- Experience working to specs and GP control
