Our clients operate this stunning country 4-star hotel based commutable to Leyburn, Darlington & Skipton providing rosette dining in their fine dining kitchen. This lovely hotel, widely regarded as Yorkshire's finest premium country hotel, is looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen in this very talented team in this modern kitchen, where you WILL learn.
With an emphasis on local, seasonal foods, cooked using modern & interesting techniques, with the latest chefs kit, this is a great opportunity for a career-minded chef to make a name for themselves, working in a supportive environment for one of the region's leading Independent hotels.
The ideal Chef de Partie will have the following attributes:
- Experience working with fresh food, in a Restaurant, Hotel or Gastro pub
- Ideally worked in a fresh food led kitchen, although a desire to learn is equally important
- At least 1 year in a similar position, no jumpy chefs here
- Own transport would be ideal due to location, although accommodation is also available if relocating
- Desire & attitude to learn every day, soak up the style of service, and high standards of the kitchens, along with a sound work ethic
