WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- As a Customer Service Host you will be the face of our business, greeting and entertaining our customers in a way that makes them feel welcomed and cared for.
- Your passion for people will be applied to the role to create a memorable and entertaining experience.
- You will be a host in the true sense of the word, working hard to create a fun and engaging atmosphere exceeding our guest's expectations.
- Welcome new and regular customers warmly into the business
- Work with our team to create a friendly atmosphere our guests will love
- Deliver an exceptional quality experience across Reception, Electronic Gaming and Food & Beverage
- Promote and be an active part of all promotions across the Casino
- Ensure you proactively comply with all regulations, particularly for alcohol licensing conditions, food safety, safer gambling, anti-money laundering and the Gambling Act 2005
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
- Due to the nature of the business all applicants must be 18+
Qualifications
- A Positive attitude and mind-set
- Previous experience preferred working in a multifaceted role
- Fanatical about delivering an unrivalled customer experience
- Ability to collaborate within the wider business
- Sound communication skills
- Comfortable with change and ability to embrace new ways of working
- Must be able to work shifts at any time of the day, including weekends and bank holidays
- Personal Functional licence required. Paid for by the company.
