Hours: Bank, covering annual leave and last minute sickness.
Working Hours: A mixture of day & waking night shifts, Monday-Sunday, from 06.45am - 07.00pm and 06.45pm - 07.00am.
Salary: Starting at £12.00 per hour.
THE ROLE
We are recruiting for a committed and passionate Bank Support Worker to work at our ARBD Care Home, Campania in Weston-super-Mare. The successful candidate will be a fully flexible, experienced Support Worker, willing to work a mixture of shifts covering annual leave and sickness. Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be available to pick up shifts Monday-Sunday.
Campania provides specialist support for individuals living with Korsakoff’s syndrome with mental health problems and the effects of Alcohol-Related Brain Damage. Supporting the residents of Campania on an individual basis in line with their personal support plan, you will assist them with all aspects of their life, such as personal care, day-to-day activities and helping them to achieve their goals.

THE RIGHT PERSON
- 6 months experience working in a similar role is required
- Ideally, you will hold a Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care, or be willing to work towards this
- Must be able to demonstrate your ability to work both as a team member and on your own initiative
- Must be able to demonstrate loyalty, flexibility, and commitment to the care home
- Must be able to carry out any other necessary duties as agreed with Directors/Operations Team
