We are on the lookout for dedicated Detailers to embark on a part-time, fixed-term journey with our Christchurch team during our bustling high season. As a Detailer, you will ensure all vehicles are meticulously prepared and cleaned to meet thl's standards. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and business efficiency.
Key responsibilities:- Produce high-quality vans in line with thl's standards and customer requests
- Work flexibly across Wash Bay, Kitchen/Laundry, and Detailing Bays
- Use cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain vehicle appearance
- Operate equipment and machinery to enhance vehicle cleanliness
- Clean and replace living equipment as necessary
- Escalate stock, equipment, and repair issues promptly
- Participate actively in team discussions and suggest improvements
- Communicate clearly with team members, Team Leaders, and the Detailing Manager
- Perform other duties as required to achieve thl's objectives
- Contribute to the thl Health and Safety system by following safe work procedures, reporting incidents, and participating in rehabilitation plans
- Previous experience in housekeeping, commercial cleaning and/or vehicle grooming to a high level
- Clean drivers' license (restricted license as a minimum)
- Strong team spirit
- Flexible to work rostered hours; weekends and also day and evening shifts
