We are seeking an experienced professional to work on the latest Oracle HCM Cloud projects across various sectors. Responsibilities include: Leading workshops and advising clients on best practices. Configuring Oracle HCM Cloud systems to meet client requirements. Demonstrating solutions and creating supporting documentation. Building strong client relationships and managing expectations. Training and coaching colleagues and clients. Qualifications: Expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM (Absence & OTL). Experience with onboarding journeys, approval workflows, and Fast Formula configuration.
