Your role
As a CPD Co-Ordinator, you will provide professional and efficient written advice on Continuing Professional Development, ensuring our members receive excellent support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in navigating computer systems. You will collaborate with colleagues across departments, adapting to various tasks and working hours with a positive attitude.
This position offers an opportunity to gain exposure to the insurance and financial planning professions. You will build on your existing skills while managing a diverse workload and meeting deadlines.

You
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment, actively participating in meetings and discussions.
- Confidently review and assess others\’ work to ensure compliance with rules and standards.
- Possess strong communication skills, capable of delivering guidance and handling difficult conversations professionally via email and phone.
- Enjoy administrative tasks and have a methodical approach to work, with a focus on attention to detail.
- Adapt well to a fast-paced work environment, meeting daily targets and regularly reporting progress to your manager.
- Proficiently use various systems, including email inboxes and CRM platforms.
