About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Presentation Specialist who will play a key role in preparing, organising and presenting data and research findings through high-quality reports. The ideal candidate will combine proficiency in technical data handling, creative layout design and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Import, clean, and manipulate datasets from multiple sources, using software such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Use Adobe InDesign to create professional and visually appealing layouts
- Translate complex datasets into accessible visual formats, such as charts, infographics, and tables
- Ensure documents are on-brand, visually consistent, and effectively convey information
- Review and proofread content to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and standards
What weβre looking for
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation
