Little Minds in Tormarton (GL9 – 10 mins from Yate) are looking to recruit Early Years Educators to work in our Toddler unit (aged between 1-2 years). We are looking for those special candidates that want to train in an Early Years Environment. We are also interested in Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified staff and if you have current Baby unit experience that’s a bonus.
We are looking for someone to work between 20-40 hours a week all year round between the hours of 8.00am - 6.00pm. The starting rate of pay for Unqualified staff is between £19,000 - £25,200pa aged 21 years and over and dependent on qualifications and experience.
Requirements
- You must have a warm smiling face that makes every child feel special.
- You must be able to laugh at jokes you don’t understand, or you don’t find funny!
- You will preferably have a little bit of quirkiness. If a child requests that you be a captain of a pirate ship, you will be the best pirate captain you can be!
- You must be prepared to have lots of fun in the workplace. Laughter is something you can expect to engage in for a large part of your working day.
- Finally, you must be prepared to feel loved, special and important to many young children and their families. There is simply no other job quite like this one.
