IKEA Nottingham are looking to welcome a new Swedish Food Market & Bistro Assistant to join our delightful and hardworking team. WHAT WE OFFERStart date of employment will be: 1st of March. Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 per hour. 30 hours weekly, working 5 days per week and includes alternative weekends. Working hours are between 10am to 9:45pm. We can discuss flexibility to match your life and our business needs during the interview. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVEWhile previous food and customer service experience can be beneficial, we are open to candidates who demonstrate a readiness to be actively involved in the work. Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment. Be self-reliant and motivated, ready to work independently and as part of our team. Ability to remain organised and detail-orientated, even when things get busy. Compliance with health and safety guidelines necessitates that applicants are 18 years of age or older.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAYThe role will involve a variety of tasks, where you will be required to serve food, work behind the scenes to prepare food, keeping the Bistro clean & tidy following health & safety standards. Customer focused, by working together to create the best customer experience. Listen, act, and exceed their expectations every day. Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers. Support your colleagues, lend a hand, and create a positive work environment, contributing to a proud team.
