Envelope Machine Adjusters are highly skilled engineers that operate and maintain reel-fed and blank-fed envelope machines.

We are looking for talented individuals who are willing to commit their time, skills and energy in helping us shape the future of printed communications.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Set and operate envelope machines, reel-fed or blank-fed, as efficiently as possible, whilst working to production schedules and targets to ensure timely output.
Produce envelope products as per supplied works instructions and drawings ensuring conformance to design specifications.
Perform regular product inspections to check quality standards are achieved in line with ISO 9001 requirements.
Provide accurate and timely production information to assist order with quality control and operational efficiency.
Communicate any machine malfunctions, breakdowns or problems to Shift Supervisors.
Maintain, repair and perform essential maintenance on envelope machines.
Comply with all aspects of Health and Safety and COSHH regulations.
Carry out additional duties from time to time as may be reasonably required.

Previous experience as an Envelope Machine Adjuster is essential.
