Eeze is a fast-growing Live Casino solutions provider with a global presence. We are on the lookout for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant who can seamlessly manage multiple responsibilities while supporting the VP of Product in driving business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Project assistance: Support the VP of Product by managing project timelines, tracking progress, and liaising with the product team.
- Meeting Coordination: Organise and prepare for meetings by gathering relevant materials, arranging conference calls, and managing logistics.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between the VP of Product and various stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Expense Management: Prepare, track, and submit expense reports on behalf of the VP of Product in a timely and accurate manner.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate comprehensive travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating detailed itineraries.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Experience working in a tech or software development company is an advantage.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with project management tools is preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally throughout the year as required.
