About the Role:
The Investment team is an integrated team covering all areas of implementational media planning and buying & activation across non-addressable and addressable platforms. We deliver enhanced audience led media solutions and aim to provide fully automated reporting against brand and performance metrics as standard. We are investing into technology and tools to deliver real time insights across our media activation enabling us to optimise campaign delivery in flight. Our ambition is to lead the industry in this area challenging the status quo to achieve maximum return on investment for our clients by delivering quantifiable improvements against their business objectives.
For the AV Manager position, you take much higher and wider level of responsibility in the planning and buying delivery of AV campaigns across your portfolio, with the core client being a luxury brand. You are trusted to produce accurate work and prioritise tasks with minimum supervision. While your technical skills remain important, managing requires new skill sets and in this role you will need strong interpersonal expertise. You will be working closely alongside your Account Director in both planning, buying & ensuring delivery of all required targets.

- Strong previous AV buying experience
- Productive and collaborative working relationships across AV media owners
- Passion for AV; understand its role within the media mix and the challenges for the industry in this space
- Ability to talk a client through a media plan with confidence
- We are looking for a strong team player, someone who can support the AV director and oversee the AV execs and apprentices but also able to collaborate strongly with planning teams and manage their clients
