An exciting opportunity to join the No7 Beauty Company Digital Marketing team as Digital Content Executive for No7beauty.co.uk. The role involves supporting our organic traffic & conversion goals through executing optimized, on-trend digital content across on-site touchpoints for e-commerce. It offers a chance to use creative, analytical, and digital skills to create an engaging customer experience.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will help strengthen brand consideration, engagement, and conversion by managing the creation of inspirational, on-trend, high-converting digital content (visual and long-form) that aligns with brand purpose and trade calendar. This role supports strategic planning and management of on-site content with a digital-first approach.

What you’ll need to have:

  • Experience designing and building e-commerce webpages, with basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing.
  • Experience with WordPress and Teepee is preferred.
  • Proven ability to translate brand and commercial plans into content briefs, implementation, and maintenance with positive results.
  • Confidence in analyzing performance using tools like GA4, Adobe Analytics, and/or Contentsquare, and interpreting data into actionable improvements.
  • Demonstrated experience in graphic design and copywriting, ideally using tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
